This Refund Policy explains the customer standards applied by Goodr.
Items Outside the No-Reason Program
Customized goods, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive products are excluded from no-reason returns.
Those exclusions never reduce remedies available for an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items
Notify Goodr promptly at Support@allsunglassesstyles.shop if an order is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing anything. We will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, return, or refund and will pay any required return shipping.
Cancellations
An order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting Support@allsunglassesstyles.shop promptly. Once it has shipped, this Refund Policy governs the request.

How to Begin
Contact Support@allsunglassesstyles.shop before sending an item. After approval, Goodr will issue a prepaid label or arrange another method that leaves the approved return shipment at no cost to the customer.

Goodr accepts eligible no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after the order is delivered.
Refund Timing
Once approved, a refund is sent to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. A financial institution may require additional posting time outside our control.
